Pertaining to a schedule of charges for street restoration work.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul amended Section 87.13(b) of the Saint Paul Legislative Code to provide that a schedule of charges for street restoration work performed by Saint Paul Regional Water Services be established by city council resolution, following recommendation by the Board of Water Commissioners and a public hearing; and
WHEREAS, staff has performed a statistical analysis of street restoration costs and from that analysis has developed the attached schedule of charges intended to reflect such costs; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners does hereby approve the attached schedule of charges for street restoration work to be performed by Saint Paul Regional Water Services; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board does hereby request that the City Council of the City of Saint Paul establish said charges by resolution following a public hearing.
