RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the Board of Water Commissioners, the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay from the Injuries and Damages fund, Activity 850-28171-0511, to West Bend Mutual Insurance Company the sum of $11,275.00 in full settlement of all claims by West Bend Mutual Insurance Company allowed by Minnesota Statutes Sections 658.41 to 658.71 (Minnesota No-Fault Automobile Insurance Act) for property damages, loss or injury as a result of an automobile accident on February 1, 2013 near the intersection of Hwy 36 and English St., Maplewood, Minnesota.
