WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 16-615 accepted the Report of Completion for improvement of the sidewalk at 1759 Selby Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on May 4th, 2016 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
