RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute a joint powers agreement with Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC) to allow paramedic students from the HCMC paramedic program to participate in clinical ride alongs with the Saint Paul Fire Department; which includes an indemnification clause, as provided by the Saint Paul Fire Department, a copy of said agreement is to be kept on file and of record in the Fire Department.
