Amending Council File RLH AR 15-92 to reduce the assessment for Property Clean Up services during September 2 to October 2, 2015 at 1863 AMES AVENUE (File No. J1604A, Assessment No. 168503).

WHEREAS on February 3, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 15-92, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up services during September 2 to October 2, 2015. (File No. J1604A, Assessment No. 168503); and,
WHEREAS, the property at 1863 Ames Avenue, being described as: Hazel Park Plat B Lot 22 Blk 6, with the property identification number 26-29-22-23-0033 was assessed an amount of $468.00; and,
WHEREAS, the owner requests that this assessment be reviewed for reconsideration as he did not received proper notices; and,
WHEREAS, the deputy legislative hearing officer reviewed the records and recommends reducing the assessment from $468.00 to $312.00; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $468.00, plus any accrued interests, be reduced to $312.00. Council File No. RLH AR 15-92 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
