Amending Council File RES PH 15-28 to delete Assessment Pin Number 20-29-22-34-0183 for the Sanitary Sewer Connection at 1201 EDGERTON ST. (File No. 19178C, Assessment No. 156004).

WHEREAS, on March 4, 2015, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES PH 15-28, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Sanitary Sewer Connections done with the Maryland Avenue reconstruction project (File No. 19178C, Assessment No. 156004); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1201 Edgerton Street, being described as: Dittmann’s Subdivision Etc. S 42 Ft of E ½ of Lot 21, with the property identification number 20-29-22-34-0183, was assessed $3,466.80; and
WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section ("Real Estate") recommends deleting the assessment and abating the installment on the 2016 property taxes because the address was incorrect on the original paperwork; Real Estate will re-assess to the correct parcel, ID Number 20-29-22-43-0222; now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Council File RES PH 15-28 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
