Title

Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services billed November 1 to December 1, 2015. (File No. J1606A, Assessment No. 168505)

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 16-56 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean up on Private Properties during the time period of November 1 to December 1, 2015; and

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 6, 2016 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

RLH TA 16-66:  1797 Arlington Avenue East;

RLH TA 16-78:  711 Case Avenue;

RLH TA 16-71:  1290 Farrington Street;

RLH TA 16-67:  903 Fremont Avenue;

RLH TA 16-59:  1319 Hartford Avenue;

RLH TA 16-55:  674 Jessamine Avenue East;

RLH TA 16-79:  861 Jessamine avenue East;

RLH TA 16-95:  1134 McClean Avenue;

RLH TA 16-56:  878 Magnolia Avenue East;

RLH TA 16-68:  909 Marion Street;

RLH TA 16-96:  1952 Maryland Avenue East;

RLH TA 16-65:  692 Minnehaha Avenue West;

RLH TA 16-86:  1036 Minnehaha Avenue East;

RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
