RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 the total sum of sixty two thousand five hundred dollars and no cents ($62,500.00) in full and final settlement of Plaintiff’s claims in the case entitled Mark Finkelshteyn v.Lori Lin Goulet and City of Saint Paul, civil court file number 62-CV-15-30 for all claims regarding the accident on August 16, 2013.
