Authorizing the City to enter into Cooperative Agreement PUBW2015-14R with Ramsey County for the reconstruction of Randolph Avenue between Syndicate Street and I-35E, and Lexington Parkway between Juno Avenue and James Avenue.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul (City) and Ramsey County (County) desire to reconstruct Randolph Avenue between Syndicate Street and I-35E and Lexington Parkway between Juno Avenue and James Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Randolph Avenue, in the area affected by reconstruction, is designated County State Aid Highway 38 and is in the City; and
WHEREAS, Lexington Parkway, in the area affected by reconstruction, is designated County State Aid Highway 51 and is in the City; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County Agreement PUBW2015-14R defines the engineering, administrative, and construction cost participation responsibilities of Ramsey County and the City of Saint Paul for implementation of the project; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into Ramsey County Agreement PUBW2015-14R, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
