WHEREAS on January 6, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 15-72, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Fire Certificate of Occupancy fees billed during April 20 to May 8, 2015. (File No. CRT1601, Assessment No. 168200); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1622 Chatsworth Street North, being described as: Chatsworth St.Addition to the City of St. Paul, Ramsey Co., Minn. Lots 7, 8 & Lot 9 Blk 2, with the property identification number 35-29-23-21-0080 was assessed an amount of $500; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends reducing the assessment because notices went to the previous owner during current owners' ownership; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $500.00, plus any accrued interests, be reduced to $345.00. Council File No. RLH AR 15-72 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
