RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Karen Shafer and her attorney, Edward W. Risch, Risch Law Firm, L.L.C. the total sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars and no cents ($20,000.00) in full and final settlement in civil case no. 62-CV-16-604 for damages and attorneys’ fees arising from the incident occurring on July 7, 2013.
