WHEREAS, the Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle license application submitted by Fleetwood Motors, LLC d/b/a Fleetwood Motors, LLC (License ID# 20150003162) for the premises located at 461 Wilder Street North, Ste. A in Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Intent to Deny License dated January 26, 2016, stating DSI received a letter from the landlord of the property indicating that due to health and financial issues the applicant could no longer continue to operate at that location and the lease was being rescinded; and
WHEREAS, based on that information, DSI sent the applicant a letter requesting he submit a letter withdrawing his license application by January 11,2016; and
WHEREAS, as a result, the licensing office recommended denial of his Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle license; and
WHEREAS, the applicant did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Deny License to send a letter to withdraw his license application or request a public or administrative hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Deny License stated that if the applicant failed to withdraw his license application or request a public or administrative hearing by February 5, 2016, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle license application submitted by Fleetwood Motors, LLC d/b/a Fleetwood Motors, LLC is hereby denied.
