Purpose of Appeal: On November 19, 2015 I appeared my Revocation of C/O St Paul Fire did not give me my due process. I never received correction orders in a timely manner, which is against the law. I was told my C/O was not revoked and the building was to be taken off the vacant building list St Paul fire is illegally targeting me, They are biased.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Charles Mccarty to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1734 SEVENTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension until June 1, 2016 for Items 1, 2, 6 given the progress owner has made and the life safety issues addressed. Permits pulled must be finaled by March 1, 2016; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
