Amending Council File RLH AR 15-85 to delete the assessment for Trash Hauling services during August 5 to 26, 2015 at 2211 GLENRIDGE AVENUE, Assessment Roll under 2209 Glenridge Avenue (File No. J1603G, Assessment No. 168702).

WHEREAS on January 20, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 15-85, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Trash Hauling services during August 5 to 26, 2015. (File No. J1603G, Assessment No. 168702); and
WHEREAS, the property at 2211 Glenridge Avenue, Assessment Roll under 2209 Glenridge Avenue, being described as: Wiensch Battle Creek Addition Lot 9 Blk 1, with the property identification number 02-28-22-44-0044 was assessed an amount of $260; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because it was assessed to the wrong property;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $260, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 15-85 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
