Amending the 2015 spending budget for General Government Accounts.

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter and based on the request of the Director of General Government Accounts, to amend the 2015 spending budget for Council Publications (10017205) to increase the available spending authority by decreasing the 2015 spending budget for Exempt Property Assessments (10017550). This is an attempt to have individual accounting unit budget most accurately reflect the anticipated spending actuals at a detailed level, which will also allow for the availability of sufficient spending authority within these accounting unit budgets The Director of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
