RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the Board of Water Commissioners, the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay from the Injuries and Damages fund, Accounting Unit 69082105, Account 74205-0, to Mai Yang Vue the sum of $15,000 in full settlement of claimant’s claim for personal injury sustained on December 1, 2014 as a result of an automobile accident near the intersection of Larpenteur Avenue and Jackson Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota.
