Purpose of Appeal: Exterior roof - Unable to complete until spring due to weather. Roof is very steep. Damage to roofing material is strictly cosmetic roof is not leaking.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Joe Taylor to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 266 MARIA AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until July 1, 2016 to repair or replace the roof provided that owner files an application with the Heritage Preservation Commission; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
