Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Can we get the fire report for this?  Need more explanination on interior conditions. 

Note, 90-day waiver for fire in place.

 

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of David R. Busch, DRB #24 LLC, to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 435 THOMAS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council allow for permits to be pulled; fire exempt vacant building category 1 and fee is held for 90 days and the property must not be occupied until the Fire C of O is reinstated; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
