RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into a cost reimbursement agreement with the United States Department of Agriculture for reimbursement of cost of police services provided through September 30, 2016.  The attached contract will be entered into and implemented by Chief Thomas Smith.
