1. Resolution Approving Clarification and Application of HRA Board Intent of Changes to the Palace Theatre Use Agreement.
Commissioner Tolbert asked if this is the final contract. Mr. Jonathan Sage-Martinson stated this resolution clarifies the amendment passed on December 9, 2015.
Commissioner Bostrom moved a Motion to Re-Consider RES 15-2210 that Passed on December 9, 2015. The Motion Failed.

Commissioner Thune moved Approval of Resolution Approving Clarification and Application of HRA Board Intent of Changes to the Palace Theatre Use Agreement. The Resolution was Adopted. Approved as set forth in RES PH 15-2210
