Authorizing the City of Saint Paul to enter into a one-year Lease Agreement with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for its placement of pollution control monitoring equipment on city property in South St. Anthony Park

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul ("City") has agreed to permit the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency ("MPCA") to use city land located adjacent to 2237 Robbins Street, Saint Paul, for the installation and operation of pollution control monitoring equipment for a period of 12 months, from January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016, as provided in the "State of Minnesota Monitoring Equipment Site Lease" (PW/59) attached hereto (the "Lease"); and
WHEREAS, the City's department of Public Works, having jurisdiction over said city land, has agreed to the Lease, and the Manager of the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section recommends approval; and
WHEREAS, any rental payments that may be required under the Lease shall be deposited into an appropriate city account as determined by the Manager of Public Works/Sewer Division; now, therefore be it
ORDERED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Lease with the MPCA in a form and content substantially as set forth in said attached Lease.
