Purpose of Appeal:  Minnesota Statue 609.43 (4) and (5) Tresspass upon locked gated private property. Abuse of power and misuse of authority: Willful of malicious wrong under pretense or color of official authority, to with I am a whistle blower and alledge a city five captain has used his postion & contacts as retailation through inspections.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Gerald Krisik to a Summary And Vehicle Abatement Order at 433 HATCH AVENUE ,the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension until January 1, 2016 for compliance on the Summary Abatement Order; grant until close of business on Friday, December 4 to relocate the boats to an approved surface; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
