Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, November 24, 2015, 11:30 a.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  (nothing noted)

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  November 12, 2015

Inspector/Key Staff:  Paula Seeley

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Applicant told staff that all the deficiencies have been brought into compliance.  Staff later informed applicant that the Legislative Hearing was mistakenly scheduled on the wrong day, and the correct date is November 24.  Ibarra responded that she was okay with the date change. rrn

It looks like an electric shut-off is what alered the City to this property.  It also looks like it is turned on again because it doesn't show up in the orders.  Will need confirmation.  Also, are there any abatement issues outstanding? MCM
