Amending the financing and spending plans in the Police Department Special Fund in the amount of $199,760 for use of fund balance.

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Police Department finds it necessary to amend the 2015 budget in the Police Special funds, making adjustments for use of fund balance in the Police Parking Fund and the Police Vehicle Lease fund; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $199,760 in excess of those estimated in the 2015 budget; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends that the following addition be made to the 2015 budget; and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Police Department financing and spending plan is amended and the City Council approves the changes to the 2015 budget.
