THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:

Section 1

The Downtown Commercial Development District, as shown in the Appendix to Chapter 409 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby expanded as shown in Exhibit 1, which is attached to and incorporated by reference in this ordinance, pursuant to Section 17.07.1 of the Saint Paul City Charter and Section 409.20 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.  This district and its legal description shall appear in the Appendix to Chapter 409 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.

Section 2

This ordinance shall be in force and take effect thirty (30) days following its passage, approval, and publication.
