WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Dave Unger to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1111 CASE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until November 16 for the removal of the glass windows and door and grant until June 1, 2016 to remove the lumber window frames; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
