The attached financial analysis moves Neighborhood STAR Year-Round Program funds into two (2) project specific codes to reflect City Council action adopted via Resolution #15-1557 and returns funds from three (3) Year Round STAR Program projects that are either not moving forward or completed under budget to the Neighborhood STAR Year Round Program.
