2. Reservation of Year 2016 Low Income Housing Tax Credits for Jamestown Homes and 72 Cesar Chavez.
Mr. Jonathan Sage-Martinson stated this is an approval request of the Tax Credit allocation for this year. Patty Lilledahl, Saint Paul Housing Director, explained the recommendation and this year’s scorecard process to evaluate projects.
Karen Reid, Executive Director of Neighborhood Development Alliance, shared details on the Cesar Chavez mixed-use project.
Commissioner Stark expressed his excitement on this project moving forward.
Commissioner Thune moved approval. Approved as set forth in RES 15-1862.
