Accepting a public sewer access easement from Lakewood Group Three, LLC across the residential apartment complex located at 1395 Jessamine Avenue West.
Body
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works ("Public Works) of the City of Saint Paul ("City") is requiring a permanent access easement for public sewer maintenance purposes ("Easement") over the property located at 1395 Jessamine Avenue West and owned by Lakewood Group Three, LLC ("Lakewood"); and
WHEREAS, Lakewood has agreed to provide the Easement and now is requesting that the City accept the Easement, as provided in Exhibit A, attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, Public Works has reviewed and approved the Easement as drafted; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council of the City of Saint Paul do hereby accept the Easement, as provided in Exhibit A attached hereto, and authorize the proper city officials to record same with the Ramsey County Recorder's Office and/or Registrar of Titles.
