WHEREAS on September 16, 2015, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 15-58, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during April 24 to May 19, 2015 at 315 Seventh Street East. (File No. J1509P, Assessment No. 158408); and
WHEREAS, the property at 315 Seventh Street East, being described as: Ewing Chutes Sub Of L6 7b1l Ex Triangular Part In Ne Cor Taken For St Part Nwly Of W 7th St Of Samuel Leeches Add And In Sd Ewing And Chutes Subd Ex St Lot 2 Blk 1, with the property identification number 01-28-23-41-0020 was assessed an amount of $190.46; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as there is now a graffiti waiver on file; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $190.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 15-58 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
