RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of executed Release from Liability Agreement to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Barbara Garn and the law firm of Sapientia Law Group PLLC, the total sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars and no cents ($15,000.00) in full and final settlement in civil case no. 14-cv-4196 (PAM/SER) for damages and attorney’s fees arising from the incidents occurring on March 21, 2011 and April 3, 2011.
