RESOLVED, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute a joint powers agreement with Century College to provide Hazardous Materials Technician training for firefighters; which includes an indemnification clause, as provided by the Saint Paul Fire Department, a copy of said agreement is to be kept on file and of record in the Fire Department.
