WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Ryan Kaess (Kaess Law LLC) to a Summary Abatement Order at 205 SEVENTH STREET WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the graffiti artwork on the sidewalk through the winter and to refer matter back to Legislative Hearing on March 8, 2015; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter grants the appeal and requests Public Works develop a policy for art in the public right-of-way.
