Amending Council File RLH AR 15-49 to delete the assessment for Collection of Vacant Building fees billed October 21, 2014 to March 19, 2015 at 1087 RANDOLPH AVENUE (File No. VB1510, Assessment No. 158822).

Body

WHEREAS on August 19, 2015, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 15-49, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building fees billed October 21, 2014 to March 19, 2015 at 1087 RANDOLPH AVENUE (File No. VB1510, Assessment No. 158822); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1087 Randolph Avenue, being described as: Michel Robertsons Addition Lot 15 Blk 14, with the property identification number 11-28-23-23-0078 was assessed an amount of $2,180; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as there was an inspector error made by the Department of Safety and Inspections.  Code Compliance was signed off on May 12, 2015 which was one month passed the anniversary date; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $155, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 14-7 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
