Appeal of William Coleman to a Fire inspection Correction Notice at 1424 ARLINGTON AVENUE.

Purpose of Appeal: Extension to fill in pool that was damaged beyond repair by tenants who vacted property without notice. All privacy fence around pool is repaired and under lock and key so NO entry can be gained. Window was sprayed with too much lubricant for easy of opening, I have no idea how to stop or fix it from sliding except time. It was lubricated for easy of opening.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of William Coleman to a Fire inspection Correction Notice at 1424 ARLINGTON AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to July 1, 2015 to remove the pool and grant an extension for 2 weeks to repair the NE basement window so that the window is able to stay open; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
