Appeal of Eugene Kotz to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 1052 ROSS AVENUE.

 

Date/Time of 1st LH: September 22, 2015  2:30 P.M.

Purpose of Appeal: I have perfomed all corrections and beyond. I asked for inspection to occur shortly after tenants were removed with no follow up. The inspector the pushed it to vacant building after it was listed for sale. Mr. Nelmark told me to appeal. The building is spectacular now and a fine example in st.paul.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Eugene Kotz to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 1052 ROSS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is to grant the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
