Creating a commercial development district to be known as the Schmidt Brewery Commercial Development District pursuant to Section 17.07.1 of the Saint Paul City Charter and Section 409.20 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1
The Schmidt Brewery Commercial Development District, as shown in Exhibit 1-2015, which is attached to and incorporated by reference in this ordinance, is hereby created as a commercial development district pursuant to Section 17.07.1 of the Saint Paul City Charter and Section 409.20 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code. This district and its legal description shall appear in the Appendix to Chapter 409 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
Section 2
The Schmidt Brewery Commercial Development District shall be limited to no greater than four (4) total liquor licenses. Three (3) of the four total licenses may only be granted to restaurants, as defined in Section 409.02 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
Section 3
This ordinance shall be in force and take effect thirty (30) days following its passage, approval, and publication.
