Authorizing the Police Department to purchase food and beverage for the Police Reserve Holiday party with use of grant funds.

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council accepted the donation to the Police Department Police Reserve Unit (RES 15-1615); and

WHEREAS, the Police Reserve Unit will be utilizing a portion of these funds for their 2015 Holiday Banquet including food and beverage; and

WHEREAS, the event will be catered by O’Gara’s, 164 Snelling Avenue, Saint Paul, MN; and

BE IT ORDERED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to pay the costs associated with the above, not to exceed $1,800 from Accounting Unit 20023809; Activity G2315900434274.
