Purpose of Appeal:  Stucco repair & driveway repair may not be able to get done before inspection date. Would like another month.  Driveway - would like to wait until next year because of cost.  Driveway is partially done about 1/2. Everything on the list is done.

AMENDED 10/21/15

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Tammy and Jeff Weinzetl to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 1717 BURNS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until November 1, 2015 for the stucco exterior of building, cracked on east side and missing pieces on north side and half of the asphalt driveway; grant until June 1, 2016 for the other half of the driveway to come into compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby amended to grant until June 1, 2016 for the whole driveway to come into compliance.
