Establishing boundaries for the Downtown Parking District.
Body
WHEREAS, pursuant to Sec. 152.10(a) of the Legislative Code, the City Council shall define the downtown parking district;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Downtown Parking District shall include all that portion of the City of Saint Paul lying within, bounded by and including the following streets: Beginning at the intersection of Grand Avenue with West Seventh Street, thence along Grand Avenue to Hwy 35E, Hwy 35E to Kellogg Boulevard, Kellogg Boulevard to John Ireland Boulevard, John Ireland Boulevard to Rice Street, Rice Street to University Avenue, University Avenue to Hwy 35E, Hwy 35E to I-94, I-94 to Lafayette Road, Lafayette Road to Warner Road, Warner Road to Shepard Road, Shepard Road to Eagle/Chestnut, Eagle/Chestnut to Exchange Street, Exchange Street to Sherman Street, Sherman Street to Grand Avenue thence northwesterly on Grand Avenue on to its intersection with West Seventh Street.
