Purpose of Appeal: Inspection on this property was just completed a few months before and this inspection was completed due to a fire in one of the units. The inspection took place in the spring when we didn't have a chance to put new Class 5 down.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mark Cemensky to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 942 EDMUND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until October 9, 2015 to improve the driveway suface, per the attached plan, Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
