Authorizing the Police Department to enter into a lease renewal agreement with KIWI Properties, LLC.

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Police Department wishes to renew a lease agreement with KIWI Properties, LLC for use of 5,071 square feet of office and warehouse space; and

WHEREAS, this agreement is a two year lease commencing on October 1, 2015 and expiring on September 30, 2017; and

WHEREAS, the space will be used by the Saint Paul Police auto theft prevention program; and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the council approves entering into and authorizes Chief Thomas Smith to implement the attached lease with KIWI Properties, LLC.
