Purpose of Appeal: I am appealing this correction notice that the destruction of my property was the result of a police pursuit and I am also submitting a claim form to the City of St. Paul for the damage, so that may take some time for the city to respond.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Pakou Xiong to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 798 BLAIR AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant until September 30, 2015 to repair the fence; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
