Amending Council Files RLH AR 15-31 and RLH TA 15-278 to reduce the assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Fees billed October 28, 2014 to January 15, 2015 at 766 POINT DOUGLAS ROAD SOUTH. (File No. VB1508, Assessment No. 158812)  

 

Body

WHEREAS on June 17, 2015, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Nos. RLH AR 15-31 and RLH TA 15-278, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building fees billed October 28, 2014 to January 15, 2015. (File No. VB1508, Assessment No. 158812); and

 

WHEREAS, the property at 766 Point Douglas Road South, being described as: Burlington Heights Div No 1 Lot 5 Blk 6, with the property identification number 14-28-22-21-0005 was assessed an amount of $1,595.00; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends reducing the vacant building fee from $1,595 to $798.  Property was in the vacant building program for 7 months of 12, now has certificate of code compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,595.00, plus any accrued interests, be reduced.  Council File No. RLH TA 15-278 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
