WHEREAS, the Liquor On Sale 181-290 Seats, Liquor On Sale-Sunday, Liquor On Sale -2AM Closing, Gambling Location and Patio Service licenses held by Dag, Inc. d/b/a 7th Street Tavern (License ID #19980003106) for the premises located at 2401 - 7th Street West in Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Intent to Revoke Licenses dated September 4, 2015, stating the licensee failed to pay delinquent license and late fees; and
WHEREAS, the licensee also failed to submit a current certificate of Liquor Liability insurance which had expired on August 28, 2015 and
WHEREAS, in addition, new articles online indicated that the business had been closed and unoccupied since July 31, 2015; and
WHEREAS, based on this information, the licensing office recommended revocation of all licenses; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Revoke Licenses to voluntarily relinquish the licenses or request a public or administrative hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Revoke Licenses stated that if the licensee failed to voluntarily relinquish the licenses or request a public or administrative hearing by September 14, 2015; that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, the Liquor On Sale 181-290 Seats, Liquor On Sale-Sunday, Liquor On Sale -2AM Closing, Gambling Location and Patio Service licenses held by Dag, Inc. d/b/a 7th Street Tavern are hereby revoked.
