3. Resolution of the HRA Board of Commissioners approving 2016 HRA proposed budget and certifying the proposed HRA tax levy payable in 2016. Approved as set forth in RES 15-1612
Mr. Jonathan Sage-Martinson stated we are setting the max 2016 HRA levy, staff recommendation is that we keep it level with the 2015 levy, which is $3,278,148.00. We are able to make the proposed 2016 budget with keeping the levy level with 2015.
Commissioner Thune asked what the cap is. Mr. Sage-Martinson stated the 2016 cap is $3.6 million.
Commissioner Finney moved approval.
