Appeal of Trikin Properties to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1642 YORK AVENUE.

 

Date/Time of 1st LH:  September 22, 2015, 2:30 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  Tenants had vacated unit beginning of August.  Small fire set has delayed bids/work.  We owners are scheduled to have estimates of repairs completed to re-rent or list on MLS.  Requesting additional time to complete & list w/out vacant registration.

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Photos would be useful for hearing.  Maybe the fire report would suffice.  Looking for information on extent of damage to inform hearing.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Trikin Properties to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1642 YORK AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
