Purpose of Appeal: I will be converting illegal dwelling into an office to make house into single family home. Licensed contractors will be hired as necessary to meet city code and permit requirements D/S B/R will be addressed.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jim McEnroe to a Condemnation and Order to Vacate at 2121 REANEY AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the condemnation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
