Applicant Stoerzinger Construction Inc - The applicant has done the following without a permit: -Removed the rear porches and installed a new porch and stairs on the rear lower level. -Removed the rear second story door and installed 6-over-1 double-hung vinyl window. -Installed glass block to seven basement windows (3 on the west, 3 on the east, and 1 in the rear). -Removed two bathroom windows -Removed brick front façade. -Replaced two steel doors at side and rear elevation with new six-panel steel doors and reused the existing trim. -Replaced loose and missing mortar where needed. The applicant proposes to do the following: -Repair the front of the house with the existing brick to restore it to its original condition. -Remove the concrete sidewalk on the east side of the home and replace with concrete that will match in width and color. -Level the front of the house by pouring new foundation and footings (all below grade). -Install wood storms over basement glass block windows. -Re-install the bathroom windows that were removed. -Remove the rear vinyl window and install a Jeld-Wen W-2500 double hung window and black in the wall b...
