Title

Appeal of Mahad Farah (Twin Cities Prop Mgmt) to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 735 WILSON AVENUE

Date/Time of 1st LH: August 25, 2015 at 2:30 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal: We would like to appeal on the VB fee as permits were pulled from the Contractor and there were some delays from city to pull other permits thus requesting to appeal this fee. And continue to pull the remaining permit so the work can finish by End of Sept 30th 2015. We spoke to DSI Inspector III Reid Soley on being able to pull the permits need and gave us the go ahead.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: August 7, 2015

Inspector/Key Staff: Steve Magner

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  There have been a couple of work orders since ownership change at the end of last year, maybe there was another tansaction, as well.  New code compliance is also needed.
